The AUBURN SENIOR ACTIVITY CENTER building is not open for general participation, however we have added a few in person programs. And we are still offering a variety of virtual programs and services available to adults age 50 plus. Staff is available by phone, M-F, 8am – 3pm, 253-931-3016, to answer questions and provide referrals.
As the state begins to open up slowly in phases, we are adhering to the Governor’s Healthy Washington-Roadmap to Recovery Plan. We monitor information and will move forward as we are allowed.
LUNCH
The Auburn Senior Activity Center in partnership with Catholic Community Services (CCS) continues to offer weekday Hot Lunches for people age 60 and over. The suggested contribution is $4.50 and contributions can be mailed to CCS. At this time, we are not exchanging money. In order to prepare enough food and arrange for staffing, those wanting meals need to call 253-931-3016 at least 4 days ahead to make arrangements for pick up or delivery. Check out the current menu.
Seniors have 3 options for lunch:
- Drive-Thru Pick Up
11:45am-12pm
Drive car through the roundabout entrance on 9th St SE. Staff will get your name and hand you a lunch through the passenger side window. - Walk Up Pick Up
12 – 12:15pm
Located at the Museum side entrance of the Senior Center. Masks must be worn and participants need to remain socially distanced by staying at least 6 feet from each other while in line. - Home Delivery Provided by Hyde Shuttle
11:15-1:30pm
Available to people age 60 and over, living within the Auburn City limits.

The Senior Center is offering one-on-one appointments for Footcare, Dental Services, Veterans Assistance and Resource Navigation. For more information, please call 253-931-3016.
Programs by Reservation
The following programs are now open at the center by reservation only. Reservations can be made two weeks in advance and there is a limit of 1 reservation per day.
- Pool Room – Tuesdays and Thursdays, 10am-12pm and 1-3pm. Free
- Table Tennis – 10:15am-12:15pm Tuesdays and Thursdays Free
- Line Dancing- 1:15-3:15 Thursdays $5 per class, First class is free.
